Visited on 2/6/26 and had a very uncomfortable experience. Multiple employees saw us looking at Mardi Gras shirts that were out of reach, yet no one offered to help. Instead, several workers simply stared at us while we struggled to access the items. It honestly made us feel unwelcome, like we didn’t belong in the store. Customer service should be friendly and inclusive, and this experience was the complete opposite. Very disappointing, and not somewhere I’d rush back to after being treated this way.
Love going there and shop, they make you feel comfortable and beautiful trying on clothes, especially being a plus size girly. AMAZING customers services 🩷🩷
Last time I will EVER walk into this place! The only person of color in the store and no one greeted me nor did they offer me assistance. I had to watch everyone else receive service but me. This is so sad that I have to endure this type of treatment. To watch the sales ladies walk past me like I didn’t exist.
Precious boutique with high quality merchandise and the most wonderful staff! Angie was so sweet and helpful with picking out the cutest tops, as there were too many to choose from! 5/5 Highly recommend 🤩
