Bought a refillable pod vape from here an was told I could return it if anything was wrong with it when I tried a Cpl days later less than a week later they refused said they couldn’t return it it’s super disappointing I always come to the store an I won’t be returning or spend anymore money with them THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS they just say that so you feel better about buying!!!
Great shop with excellent customer service! Every time I’ve been in, the staff has been friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Violet especially does an awesome job. She’s always helpful, takes the time to answer questions, and makes sure you find what you’re looking for without making you feel rushed. The shop is clean, has a great selection, and the overall atmosphere is really comfortable. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will continue coming back to!
This lovely lady Vylet, was very helpful and attentive. It was my first time in the store and she was happy to show me around and help me decide on a vape flavor. She was so kind and overall just amazing!
I came in to the store the other day looking to buy a new vape and I came with a lot of questions A young lady named Vyolet helped me through the process. Showed me how to pick flavors for The vape. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful is what I have to say. The store was very clean and the other people so I didn't deal with them directly. Were very friendly too I will be going back to them for all of my vaping needs
