Booked an appointment for 3 people a week in advance as instructed. Then was asked to reschedule the day before my session. I wasn’t able to call back before closing so I called the next day. Understandably they couldn’t accommodate 3 people that morning with such short notice but nothing was offered for compensation either. I scheduled ahead of time to not have that stress the day before. Will not book again. (2 stars because I do not know how their service is for smaller groups.)
Best massage
Everything was much better than I expected. The massage was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It made for such a pleasant end to the day. I highly recommend it. You should definitely go at least once. :)
Massage was great and felt relaxed the whole time, will come back!
