Doesn't take the time to listen, never takes calls, charged my mom $100 to do state return leading her to believe she was due $300 state refund, totally screwed up return and ammendment. Turns out my mom didn't need to do a return at all and didn't qualify for a refund. $100 for nothing and took advantage of an elderly woman.
