Judith and Genny were absolutely amazing to deal with, my case was from 2021 and delay after delay bc of the tenant and issues with the LTB scheduling process, she called me everytime before a hearing to go ive my case again, made sure I understood how to testify and represented me in a professional manner, the case against me eas dismissed and I would highly recommend Judith and Genny for any representation needed as a landlord - and if you are against her and she makes an offer take it......if you don't you will likely wal... read more
Terrible experience Forged documents and signatures blocked emails for presenting evidence to the l Tb Not filling out proper paperwork. Yells at Clients. I would not recommend retaining her services. For some reason she thinks she's God's gift
Judith was incredibly helpful to us both while we were her clients, and afterwards. She is knowledgeable, and will always ensure you are staying within the scope of what is expected by the LTB. The LTB has incredibly strict stipulations around timing for delivery & receipt of documents in order for claims to be duly processed, and she will always ensure that you know when you have to have documents properly submitted by (as well as what documents need to be submitted). Judith was great to work with! Very knowledgeable and provided sound advice relating to LTB claims that were unexpectedly dropped on me and my wife as the purchasers of a rental house (that we purchased to move into ourselves). I find it very inappropriate that Google will allow people that worked against Judith (and perhaps lost their case) to post bad reviews about her business.
Judith has helped me through a Landlord Tenant Board issue. She's very professional, and knowledgeable. In my instance I had sold my house , which included the current tenants. The case against me was dismissed based on evidence..
