Unfortunately, my experience was TERRIBLE, and I feel compelled to share my concerns for the benefit of future customers. 1. Non-Adherence to Preferred Times: Despite specifying preferred times for service both in the initial online request form and in two follow-up emails, all attempts were made at times when the recipient was not available. This customer submitted a routine service of process order which includes three attempts at non-specific times. The customer had the option to select and pay for on demand service which would have provided a first attempt at a specific time. Unfortunately the customer did not want to pay for that type of premium service and instead choose to submit her order as routine service.
