Filed a false affidavit. Purchased a business judgment against a business only. An officer of the business appeared on behalf of the business only. ***** either misunderstood or lied and said the officer individually appeared. Now 12 years later ***** decided to initiate a new lawsuit against the officer individually to collect on the judgment. This is not a personal judgment. Only one defendant was listed, the closed business. ***** does not understand the protections of LLCs or she does and is just a liar.

JES's service is a terrific way to go after the collection of a Judgment you have already won but you don't want to go through the difficulty and hassle and tedium of collecting. Just turn it over to them and lean back and wait. The recovery effort can be as stressful and nerve-racking as the original litigation. We've had a very large judgement against a former client who used the corporate veil very successfully to escape his payment responsibilities (he created a new partnership or corporation for every new job etc...). We tried expensive attorneys without success. Judgement Enforcement Solution collected nearly fifty thousand dollars for us in less than a year at an unbelievably low cost and reasonable recovery percentage. I highly recommend skipping the high price attorneys and going straight to this outstanding firm.
