Receptionist was extremely unprofessional and just kept laughing at and arguing with my girlfriend when explaining the case. I recommend no one come to this practice ever and the receptionist seek help for a better attitude and learn some hospitality towards future clients. Absolutely a joke she is and so rude.
We called cause my girlfriend tested positive for mold exposure at extremely high levels and she has been denied by her property management to have someone come out and test for mold. Total unprofessional attorney who has completely lost his moral compass. If you’re looking for the quintessential sleezy lawyer, Judd’s your man.
I reached out for a consultation and never heard back. When I called to leave a message to follow up, I was aggressively told that their voicemail does not work and was hung up on. I asked why she even picked up, and she became irate. Extremely unprofessional, combative, and unresponsive.
They’re NEVER OPENED!!!! calling and going down there to there office (is just a WASTE of TIMING and gas) yet along emailing,.. They NEVER respond to your emails either. This right here, makes me believe and makes me in questioning if this law firm is even LEGIT .! Smh. Knocked on their door and even tried to see if their door knob would open before entering, as some businesses keep their door locked but come to the door to open for potential clients.
