The car was a pleasure to drive, economical and never missed a beat over 3,813km. The staff were great and made the initial handover efficiently with a smile.
Lower cost than the competition, the van drove well, quick shuttle to the airport. When we arrived at the airport it was raining heavily and the driver asked us to stay in the car, put the suitcases on the cart and dropped us off near the gate along with the luggage, what a gesture! Good work guys
The sea of negative reviews made me a bit worried but I can't fault our experience. Pick up was quick and easy although the staff did look very rushed off their feet. Then the van (condo) worked well. Ate fuel like mad but that's the reality of the design. Overall very comfortable and good amount of headroom. We were only 2 people and I think 4 would have felt quite cramped. Final note when I returned the van the woman asked me if everything was ok, and looked very surprised when I said it was! Great service and the vans were a very cost effect way to travel through New Zealand. The shuttle service provided by Kelby at the end of our travels was a great way to end our New Zealand adventure!
