It’s better to pay more to any of their competitors than to deal with the most horrible car rental company I’ve ever encountered. First of all, their cars are so old it’s laughable. I was given a noisy, rattling 2010 Hyundai — luckily we didn’t do much driving, so nothing broke down. Then, after returning the car and handing the keys directly to a staff member, I suddenly get a phone call while walking into the airport accusing me of not returning the keys.
