Bei der Jucy Branch in Cairns wurde die Check In Zeit eingehalten und trotzdem das viel los war, blieben sie ruhig und hilfsbereit.alles wurde bestens erklärt. Die Jucy ist wendig und es war ein angenehmes Fahrgefühl. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden auch die Messer nicht so scharf sind. Auch der Drop Off war unkompliziert und angenehm.
Great experience! The best 3 weeks exploring the East Coast in a camper van! The van was cosy, had everything we needed and was a home on wheels. You quickly adapt to ‘van life’. Drives very well, all the gadgets you need to park & drive safe. The girls were very helpful at the check in desk. Straight forward process. We did have an issue with the water pump, which we managed to sort ourselves but the team were on hand to come sort it / answered all emails very quickly. Can’t wait to go again with Star RV!

My family rented their camping van, an RV, for 15 days from Brisbane to Cairns. We had booked a package that promised no additional fees or concerns, but unfortunately, today we returned the van to find an extra charge of $125. The reason for this charge was minor scratches that we are unsure how they occurred. We were unaware of this fee when we picked up the RV.
