Campervan is nice and spacious. Well furnished with everything in the package - from chairs, towels to bedsheets etc. Just one thing - the wait time for van collection could be better!

Positiv: Die Abholung in Sydney sowie die Rückgabe in Cairns verliefen vor Ort unkompliziert und zügig. Das Personal war freundlich und die Abläufe wirkten routiniert. Negativ – und leider entscheidend: Der Camper war technisch zwar fahrbereit, aber stark abgenutzt. Could not recommend Jucy enough! Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had one very small issue (which turned out to be nothing) but staff helped us get it checked out to make sure it was safe to drive. They organised relevant people to get it checked immediately and got us back on the road ASAP. The van was so well equipped and reliable. It was the highlight of our time in Australia!
