Great tune-up and great service
Had some chain and derailleur issue and was quoted $300-400 to take it in for servicing after understanding that the bike was bought online. Said they had to take it all apart to see what's going on.. I went to a very reputable bike shop in Vancouver and they took 10mins and fixed it for free. Would've appreciated honesty if they didn't want to fix certain brands of bikes or if they were simply too busy.
