Had been doing taxes here for a while. Always so professional and courteous. Last year my taxes were put on hold due to an error Juanitas Income tax did. When I called, there would be no answer. I left multiple voicemails to try and figure out what was going on. It wasn’t until I mentioned in my voicemail that I would gladly show up to straighten this out and provide proper documentations if needed is when they picked up.
