We've been coming to Juanita for taxes purposes for a few years now. We had just moved to the Ramona area, and by default took a chance with Juanita. Unfortunately, this will be the last time. She is extremely rude, highly irritable, and has major attitude with each response. I have never been treated with such disrespect for a service I paid for. 1.
