I cannot recommend Juané highly enough! She was incredibly thorough in her assessment and treatment plan, addressing every concern I had with great care and expertise. I appreciated how cost-effective the sessions were, especially given the high level of service provided. Her personalised approach is making a significant difference in my recovery. After years of average I finally found Juane. My faith in physiotherapists has been restored Juane really knows her stuff I have had back pain and sciatic pain for about 7 months now after just the first session I had a good plan of how I can recover and the pain is no longer waking me up at night. I found her through my F45 gym who reccomended her. Juane comes from an athletic background and has experience to back her self she knows how important it is for people to get back into it. Thank you Juane.
