Very knowledgeable attorney who has decades of experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Molina and his staff.
I had a paperwork that needed to be done, selling a property, I had a lien on the propertty, I know the sell could of been done because that is the reason to sign a warranty deed when selling a property,here they told my client IT COULD NOT BE DONE. THE WORST PART IS THE Assistant of the lawyer giving out the wrong information. The clients got cold feet and I lost the sale because of these incompetents.
