I am a reoccurring customer for products from JU Fanworks. While their products are built well, durable, and very useful I can’t say the customer service side of this company is as good! I had purchased a product for my son in-laws tractor on Black Friday and inadvertently forgot to apply the discount code. I immediately contacted the company via their contact section on their website and explained what had happened. Received my Workmaster Plate today. Fast service, Excellent welds, and powerboat. Bolted up very nice with grade 8 bolts. Fantastic product, and I am proud to own a piece of his hand crafted part. Thank You Sir Kirk
