I called to ask a question, for the first time, having been a customer for 4 years. The recorded messaging didn't have a choice for my question. You must ALWAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE! You request a call back and to this date, the question callback has yet to be returned (3weeks). I have since changed insurance agency. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT PREMIUM WAS HIGHER WHEN RETURNING REQESTED PAPERWORK I WAS TREATED WITH DISRESPECT THESE ARE JUST THE FACTS, YOU DECIDE

I have left two messages requesting call back for quote on homeowners insurance, been three days and no call back. Must not want my business.

One of the best experiences I have had with insurance agencies. So happy I switched to them. Kelsey is a great receptionist and very helpful with questions and Liz gets back to me in quick and timely manner. Great team!

Im a local business owner that is currently switching all of my insurance’s to JTR, this includes: commercial auto, workers comp, personal and general liability. Todd White has been my broker and I am very pleased with his consistency in excellent customer service. I am looking forward to many years of business with JTR in the future.
