Jenny is the best of the best! My fiancé initially had my ring made online with a different retailer and it was an absolute mess. It was made wrong, and they couldn’t fix it. We decided to return it and went and saw Jenny at JTJ vault where we custom made my dream ring together. Jenny even ordered more diamonds in the style/dimensions I liked for u to look at to ensure we were picking the perfect diamond. If I could give 100 stars I would. Jenny is amazing. She was so knowledgeable, so kind, and patient. It was important to her that we were getting what we wanted, it wasn’t about the sale. We got a customized beautiful ring, for a steal! (The first thing my fiance and I said to each other as we were walking out was “ I felt like we just robbed the place” lol And it came in so quickly, I never thought I could have a ring like I do now, thanks to jtj vault 🖤 can’t wait to go back for our bands !
