This service is horrid for making on time and correct location appointments. Ask anyone who has used it for more than a MONTH!! Also drivers say never get reservations til least min even though reservation made week in advance!! Once had ride pick up 2nd person right around corner but drove over a mile to get there !! Need a map on wall to show dispatch where drivers are near to so they can pick up up NEAR other drivers!! the logistics are horrible!!
