I am writing to express my concerns regarding the services provided by JTA. Scheduling rides by phone has proven to be challenging, and the wait times for pickup have been excessively long. On one occasion, I experienced a five-hour wait. Punctuality seems to be an issue, as delays often extend the duration of trips, making the overall experience quite difficult. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be helpful in addressing these issues.
Jta suck and need new managers yall don’t know what to do and don’t know what the people want
So I just asked the security man at the door how much longer the lobby would be closed, that has been closed for 1 hour, and was told "till she gets through" with a rude attitude, then asked if I could use the restroom, and was told to "go across the street" with more attitude. This was at 13:45 on 5/27/2025. Excellent customer service y'all....
I was never here. Man Google needs to fix the GPS.
