Terrible service! They mistakenly imputed the wrong amount to pay our taxes by thousands and now they want to help us fix the issue.
Not very helpful and never really make an effort to provide you with further tax opportunities. Just use the same stories over and over as examples as to why others got xyz.
Unfortunately, out of all the years I’ve filed taxes, this place has been the only and worst experience of my life. I paid so much money to just file., they called me multiple times to provide information that I had already provided. I’ve been contacting them letting them know that my refund is taking a lot longer than usual. They asked me to wait exactly one month and it’s been longer than that.
