Exceptional service, Alan was very helpful over the phone.
Customer service: last year (2023), I called about 3 times to schedule an apt. Each time, I received different information. Since I am not local, I cannot stop by to drop off my paperwork yet 2 of the 3 reps required that of me. One of them said I can bring it with me to my appointment. Appointment: The actual appointment with the tax preparer was ok. It lasted about 30 minutes. He answered my questions. Price: fees seemed to go up each year. There is no regulation. I've been coming for about 4 yeas. I’m not coming back.
