Unbelievable service!! Super kind and professional.
Absolutely disgraceful. They broke my TV, never bothered to tell me, and apparently hoped I'd never notice. The only reason I found out was because I had to move it myself. Looking back, the fact that it was the only piece of furniture they didn't move should have been the first red flag. When I picked it up, it nearly fell apart because they had "repaired" it with packing tape. Packing tape. That's not professionalism, it's deception. Pathetic service from start to finish.
Highly recommend. The team did a great job moving all furniture and boxes. Very careful with all items. Very careful not to scuff or scratch walls and floors. Great price.
The most amazing and cordial team with Media made my move easy and effortless. These guys are the best in town, hands down.
Isaac and his crew did a wonderful job with our move. Fast, friendly and a great value. Highly recommend!
