The most stressful time of my life. I was selling my home and engaged JT Legal as my solicitor. I had no advice and had to learn and do pretty much everything myself. The team are under qualified and did not know answers to my basic questions. I felt there was an uninterested sense of urgency as well as no sense of responsibility.
