The most stressful time of my life. I was selling my home and engaged JT Legal as my solicitor. I had no advice and had to learn and do pretty much everything myself. The team are under qualified and did not know answers to my basic questions. I felt there was an uninterested sense of urgency as well as no sense of responsibility. Rude receptionist. Not one lawyer returned my call. I'm pretty sure all these 5 star reviews are fake.
What type of firm is this!? Called a bunch of times, kept leaving messages with a woman named Nool, she said she was a lawyer but doesn’t do criminal but will get a criminal lawyer to call me back, I told her it was urgent & how my brother & I desperately needed to speak to a lawyer particularly one who speaks Vietnamese because my dad doesn’t speak English, we were charged & need to go to court but after Nool took my name & number not one criminal lawyer called me back since!?
