Don't know who screwed up, Uhaul or JT. But, we reserved a week in advance a 15' truck to be dropped off in Baltimore. They told me they didn't have it and simply told me to contact customer support, even though at least 3 15' trucks were in the lot. Just seems poorly run.
I'm gonna stop using this place for Uhaul. Every time I book a morning appointment, they're never here to open in time. I have places to be. Now because they're late for work, I'm going to be also.
Good customer service, knowledgeable staff even if it's a weird location. There was a line, but two employees worked through it efficiently.
Poor customer service and fraudulently report milage usage! Beware of renting from this place. They will GROSSLY inaccurately report your milage and overcharge. I would recommend using other uhaul stores in the area, these guys cannot be trust. Apparently this has happened several different times to people I know who have used them, so don't get burneded!
