I'm gonna stop using this place for Uhaul. Every time I book a morning appointment, they're never here to open in time. I have places to be. Now because they're late for work, I'm going to be also.
Good customer service, knowledgeable staff even if it's a weird location. There was a line, but two employees worked through it efficiently.
Poor customer service and fraudulently report milage usage! Beware of renting from this place. They will GROSSLY inaccurately report your milage and overcharge. I would recommend using other uhaul stores in the area, these guys cannot be trust. Apparently this has happened several different times to people I know who have used them, so don't get burneded!
So and so service. Some people say really not cool stuff about U Haul and that's kinda true but they are also friendly and nice. 3/5 stars because they added $40 FOR NO REASON BRO. Apparently it was the milage? But the truck was only driven for .... 9.8 miles!!!!!! Boooo
