Purchased our brand new Seadoo from these guys just prior to Christmas. I was a little weary as this company is new to me being from Victoria originally and stepping into the unknown 2 weeks later I returned with a couple of minor issues which resulted in no issues as the service manager solved all my concerns within minutes no problems at all 100% for after sales service from JWS, so we would highly recommend purchasing all your water craft needs from this business
Wish I could give less than 1 star. The team was happy to sell our family a ski with a suspension deck, claiming it would last a lifetime. Recently, I called their service team to check my battery and give the ski a once-over before taking it out on the water, and they flat-out refused. Worst customer service ever. I even pleaded with them, but they simply didn’t care. They were happy to take my insurance money for a full rebuild six years ago and charge nearly $2,000 every service since, but now they won’t help a long-term ... read more
