We have been trying to get our wedding photos for 18 months. At first, Jeff apologized for the delay and seemed motivated to complete our order, but then he simply ghosted us. It’s 2020 now and we have no wedding photos.
Unfortunately, a very similar experience to the other 1-star review. Our wedding was October 2018 - 17 months ago at the time of this writing - and we still don't even have our photos. I could go on, but that probably tells you all you need to know
