Trust the reviews. They are under staffed, over priced and give the worst customer service in history. why would anyone buy any there when it won t get serviced. The obviously have so much business they don t need yours.

I have been going here for several years and have seen the ups and downs. The one thing that has always brought me back is the owner s dedication to customer satisfaction. No matter what, he takes responsibility and does whatever he can to make sure every customer is satisfied. Give them a try, talk to Kevin, the owner, and see for yourself that he is committed to providing the professional level of service you can trust. They are easy to talk to, able to help and appreciate each customer.
VERY POOR SERVICE. Slow, unprofessional, unorganized, and expensive. DO NOT used these people, take your machine to a factory authorized repair center. I assure you these people will not save you money and will have your machine forever!!!!
They are the most expensive Repair shop in Orlando. I brought my bike there to get my fork seals repaired and it cost me \$400! They nickel and dime their customers. Found a better shop if anyone s interested called central Florida cycles (407) 671-0434. They are very fair. As for JSO I will never deal with them again. Also their store hours are just a round about time that they may be there. Let me start by saying it started off being a good trip then once my order was placed it all went down hill from there. We were called and told our order was in. Once we got there it was for some other person.Then the parts girl Nikki isnt very nice. She never calls to let you know that your order when its running late and they promise you a specific time frame. I will never deal with them again!!!!
