Joseph is quite honestly the best massage therapist I've ever had. It's hard to know where to begin, but I will start by saying that, on my first visit, we chatted for a little while about where I'm at, my goals, any pain or injuries, where I'm feeling things in my body, and then we set out a clear plan going forward. Joseph is incredible at what he does. It’s rare that I have a massage where I am able to completely relax, but still leave with all the benefits of an intense sports massage. I highly recommend his services!
