worst experience do not recommend unless you want your phone to be more broken! we took an iphone in to have the screen replaced and found the touch on the screen wasn’t working properly the phone wouldn’t turn on sometimes when tapping the screen ect after picking it up , some of the apple apps weren’t working and there was a notification in settings about a non genuine display i.e the screen that had been put on and it was affecting the use of some of the apple apps ect. They used to be great - now under new ownership, not great. I was told I would hear back about my computer repair on a Monday, on the Tuesday I called, I was told to call another store the next day to find the person who was meant to repair the machine. Nothing had been done at all. The person answering the phone was not a great choice. Very difficult to understand, even harder to communicate with. Very disappointed - I collected my machine and took it elsewhere.
I’ve gone to jsl a few times to get my phone fixed it never takes them more than half an hour and the staff they are always polite
