Fantastic customer service, really exceeded all my expectations. I had a small problem with my computer and Running the program , Scott was fantastic in resolving it for me very quickly . Software is also fantastic and easy to use.
I had never used this software before, and I reached out to Scott to help me understand the system, since we need it for our company. He was absolutely patient, helped us understand how we could use the system, and most importantly, how to properly identify risks so we can make better use of the system, which, by the way, is very useful for us.
