I keep receiving rude/pushy calls from Mr. Berry. He is extremely unpleasant, arrogant and dominates a one way conversation. He does not take no as an answer, and when i kindly declined his offer multiple times his attitude escalated.
The Representative we worked with, Scott Hunt, was extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude. He was harassing in numerous emails and would not listen to reasoning regarding the situation in question. He had no patience in allowing me time to vet what could have happened. This company needs to hire professionals with a background check, not uneducated children.
I realize the collections process is never a pleasant one. Either for the collector or the debtor. I can only speak to my experience with JSD which was overall, a good one! They helped us collect a debt from a client that had altogether disappeared for over 5 months after we produced and delivered some custom merchandise for them. After many lost hours of internal labor spent trying to collect this debt ourselves, we ultimately decided to employ JSD's services and, alas, they were able to recover our funds.
