I have been a member here since before I was a baby. Since being older, I have had nothing but good experiences. I enjoyed Ashley, who helped me last year. This year I got to enjoy Silvia. She helped open an estate account for my late father, today. She was so nice and helpful. Literally, she had a person and/or a resource for basically anything. I came into the bank on 9/24/2025 and Clem and Silvia were amazing they provided me with awesome customer service. Clem went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met didn’t treat me like just another customer he was in the rush to have leave. He made she that he looked into the matter at hand and turned me over to Silvia who was very kind and helpful she even gave me great information to open up a DBA account and then let me know she would contact me about future business accounts. We are a Parent-Teacher Organization for a local elementary school. We do a fundraiser where students bring in change and have a competition to see who brings in the most. We went to the Texas City location to use the coin machine. We got about $5 in and the machine jammed. Niva was the teller available and she came straight over to help. The machine continued to jam, so Niva decided to stay with us and feed all the coins in herself. I have been with JSC FCU “now Wellby” for 30years. I live in Texas City, but have preferred the 518/Hobbs location because the atmosphere was calming. Today, I visited the Texas City branch to get a 1098 for filling my taxes. The atmosphere was very different than in the past. Mrs. Laura was so inviting, helpful, and stopped what she was doing to tend to my concerns. Her and her team made me feel valued.
