My friend went to pick up his chairs he had left to be reupholstered and was told that they had been sold!!! This was after he went to pick them up the first time and they were not ready. No call nothing. As it turns out, they transposed 2 numbers when writing down his phone number. NO attempt to make it right!! SCAM ARTISTS!!! Police notified, attorney as well!
I suggest you Don’t use this company Very Rude, argumentative issuing ultimatums for doing a bad job. I had a GREAT small recliner that needed reupholstering. They over filled the recliner seat and back. Three times I went back. Today rather than take out the over fill they added even more. WOW. Then he tells me they won’t take out any of the over fill but will pull buttons tighter but I must accept their terrible work today and get the chair out of their store as they have other customers.
