Awful company with terrible customer service. My elderly mother hired them to do a house clearance, sent them photos and everything prior to the quote they provided. Their staff removed several items from the house that they were specifically told to leave, including a chest of drawers with clothing that was to be kept, the entire contents of the bathroom, cupboards of crockery and also the ashes of our deceased cat, Dexter.
