The entire process, from initial inquiry to quote to the work being carried out was excellent and extremely quick. Excellent communication from the booking team, and the guys who came to carry out the job (disposing of some old asbestos roofing sheets) were fantastic, highly professional but also happy to set my mind at rest about a couple of questions I had. Highly recommended.
Contacted this company yesterday to book a collection for a black bag which we were unsure of its contents possibly being asbestos. We wanted a quick hassle free collection and they delivered exactly that. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. They had me booked in for collection the next day. Really odd. Just called them to get a quote to remove asbestos tiles. Call answered by Jim (I think), only gave us 1 word answers, didn’t offer any information in what they could help with. Was just really rude, very confused by it.
The guys who came were very pleasant and were meticulous in ensuring they collected all of the asbestos. The staff at base were easy to communicate with and the organisation effective. Asbestos certificate provided.
