I ordered a Dewalt panal cart off Amazon. The directions were bass ackwards, so I needed to take the wheels back off to fix the problem. Called JS to get find the 25mm star lock caps to put the wheels back on. They said they’d send me some as part of the warranty. Still waiting. Terrible customer service. The cart is useless without wheels
These guys have great customer service, its truly a great feeling, to know when you buy a product off line these days you can get help with after the sale. JS product truly know how to take of there customers. sales dept rock thanks for taking care of me.
