Jocelyn is very warm and professional. I felt welcomed and un-rushed.
Very straightforward, professional, friendly service. There were examples of everything and all questions answered. Would definitely recommend. If you’re lucky you might even see Enzo, who is the cutest dog you’ve ever seen the size of a rabbit. 5 stars
I had a very unpleasant experience with the phone customer service at this Live Scan location. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive throughout the conversation. I was simply calling to ask questions and get information, but her tone made me feel like I was bothering her just by calling.
