stayed here, it is awful. PT is not safe, they didn't pit a gait safety belt ob me and i fell, no way to catch me because i had no belt. went down hard, was back in the hospital. staff was rude. they let one aide bring in her dog , it ran around the rooms, insanitary., i told them i was allegic to dogs, they didnt care. the food is terrible. ate pb&j or grilled cheese, otherwise meals ineatsble. the social worker lied to my daughter, that I was running up and down the halls, yelling her name. i had a stroke several yesrs bef... read more

Windsor Rehab in South Yarmouth was the best experience I have had in my 4 different trips to rehab. I found all of the nurses were highly skilled, listened to your needs and stayed right on top of med distribution which is very important after a painful surgery. The PT team was outstanding and had you work hard to gain the strength to return home. The same goes with the OT team, they really got you ready to return to your own home. My father was recovering well here for a couple weeks. And then he passed unexpectedly in his sleep next to his wife, my mother. I have not been given an explanation to this day as to how or why. Weeks later they sent me a survey asking “How did we do?” And “How likely are you to recommend us.” Truly heartless.

I wonder if I can give zero stars for a review. Becouse one star is too much. lets see if I can get away with giving them what I think they deserve. I am very happy to be out of there (and still be alive). It only took me about ten days in hospital to recover from Windsor. Love Rob
