Terrible environment. Great treatment…let me explain. Environment: reeked of cigarette smoke. Trash lying around. No music. There was a guy coughing and blowing his nose loudly. Halfway through, a huge belch! Then another one, we could just hear this guy walking around talking on his phone, ripping burps, coughing and blowing his nose. It was so bad we were laughing (I said “come on!” a couple of times out loud) but also it was DISGUSTING! Not a relaxing or peaceful atmosphere to say the least. 4 stars for the Technician. Good skill but can’t understand simply English when I told her the water was too cold or too warm. 2 stars for the sanitation of the store especially in the hair booths area. Hair crumbs were all over the chairs, the tables, all the tools, all the products….. There were several other staffs weren’t working at that time. They were just hanging out there but not bothering to clean the store?! How can you not feel ashamed to greet your customers into your so dirty store! Good that my technician didn’... read more

First, trust that when I say it smells like cigarettes... it smells like an ash tray. There's no real soothing tranquility in the place. I heard people walking by and not to mention, you're not in a room.... you're in a cubicle like room made of sheer cloth so you hear every little thing. The table was very hard to lie on for an hour. I would say half of the treatment was very tender, uncomfortable, and borderline rough. The other half was nice. My hair smells like old cigarettes though. I really enjoyed the experience but it left my hair smelling for days. I'm not sure what products they used in my hair but even after 2 deep shampoos and conditionings at home the smell lingered.
