Truly a horrific experience trying to get damage repaired under warranty. The sales associated who initially answered my call was incredibly rude, accused me of lying, yelled at me for being flustered, and then proceeded to pass me off via email. Pick up and return were 'organized', a word I use sarcastically, as trying to get any kind of timeframe for these events was like pulling teeth.
