Purchased 2 sofa beds at the 1st of August. Called spoke to Clara to find out where it was and she said 2 weeks.. Called about 2 weeks later as we still have not received it and now told it was discontinued and has to be made now... Now as of mid September we are being told it will be delivered now tomorrow after I have spoke with a manager who is extremely rude and would not even take in to consideration the frustration of the mis communication. Bought a sectional from JS Furniture. Was told by Clara that if the cushions were sunken in within the first year I could call and get them replaced. I only had them for four months at the time. I gave all the required information for her to place an order and after a month of no update I contacted her only to find out that she spoke to her manager and that based on the photos I provided the cushions were merely body impressions so she did not place an order. Great place to shop delivery and service was as promissed Good prices
This company does not stand behind the product they sell. I purchased an Ashley leather couch from this company in December 2023. The delivery was a disaster however because they worked so hard to get it into my condo, I was willing to look past the damage. The day after it was delivered I called JS Furniture because the couch had a sag on one end. JS Furniture sent someone out the following week and he said new cushions would be ordered.
