I submitted my paperwork in the beginning of March. Nothing was filed. No returns calls or text messages. Prior to last year everything was good until last year. All I want is an update of what is going on and if I need to find help elsewhere. Please call people back!
We submitted our documents in the beginning of March. Our taxes are still not filed. She will not return phone calls, emails, or texts. All we want is an update, and whether we need to go through someone else.
I went there 20 years with no problems now I have a problem for five months I can’t get her to help me. Her voicemail is full. She doesn’t answer her calls. All you can do is text. She no longer has an office she works from home. I would not recommend her.
