I cannot get her out to answer my calls. Don’t know if she is even doing taxes anymore. Would have been great to know if she is no longer in business
I too, took my taxes to Jessica fetcho in March. She assured me she would call me in two weeks and it would be done and I could come and pick them up. Well it is now January 2026 and I’ve never received one of my documents back or tax returns. I have never had this situation happen before in my life. I will never go to her ever again she screwed everybody else.
We have had a terrible experience. We have gone to them for years without issues until now. We went to Frank, her father until he passed. She, his daughter Jessica, took over all his clients as well as keeping hers. At first we didn’t have any problems until this year. We dropped off our paperwork in March. We were notified that she no longer works out of the office and we’d have to drop off the materials with her. I called numerous times in April to ask when I’d receive my taxes. It pains me deeply to have to give this review. This tax preparer cost us $2,162 in IRS tax penalties and interest. I do not recommend this tax service to anyone. We learned that we were one of many clients that sent tax documents to Jessica Fetcho only to be ignored. We had been a customer of this tax service for almost 30 years. In the past, we would go into the office for our scheduled appointment and in 30 minutes our taxes were done. We would know immediately if we had a refund or if we owed.
