Top notch customer service. Haven’t stopped by or bought anything in years from them but stopped by for some technical assistance and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Took time out of their busy day to help me and appreciate it.

Best people you’ll ever do business with in the bike world! Five stars for customer service and repair knowledge! JRide Bikes is A Professional Operation and I recommend this Shop to Friends and Family Shopping for A Bike or looking for a Repair on A bike . He recently sold me the pivot e-bike it's a very quality bike for a great price and he has worked on my bikes in the past and done a great job for me
What a great experience at JRide! I have had a hard time finding a bike that fits me well due to my height, and Jason fitted me for a TREK mountain bike. He did an amazing job and I absolutely love my bike. Great service, cool shop and Jason really knows his stuff. I highly recommend.
