Jay is a very knowledgeable enthusiast of the sport. Always fair w fees, inventory solid.
I had an issue with my bike setup and keeping air in the rear tire of a new bike I bought somewhere else. JRide got me in the same day and fixed the issue. I was shocked at how little they charged me and how much time they spent helping me. I highly recommend them!
Jay is awesome. They keep my bikes going all year round, always a pleasure to go in to the shop. I cannot speak highly enough of J Ride. For anything from questions, purchasing a new ride, or getting your current bike tuned up go to J!
This place is great! I went in with a used (new to me bike) that I just bought for a small problem. J jumped on the bike, took it for a spin, and made some adjustments and then had his guys do a quick fix of the rear cassette. I went in fully expecting to drop it off and be told it would be a few days, etc but nope, they fixed it right on the spot! I'll definitely be going back here for any bike needs! Thanks guys!
