i have been using JRC for over 15- 20 years ... NO MORE ... they used to be a very reliable company that when i needed to set up a must move load- they were my first and only choice--- money was not the factor-- last few years they have been getting less and less reliable in all aspects of there business model ..... recently we set up multiple appointment pick ups ... critical loads --- not only did they not show up as scheduled, they didn't contact us to let us know they would be running late .. and here is the kicker , aft... read more
