Great shop! Though I purchased a used bike, they went above and beyond to take care of my concerns and even waited beyond their closing time for me to get there to pick up bike. Service or upgrade time, this is my go to bike shop.
I've had 3 bikes to JRA over the last 2 days and Matt was wonderful trying to get them set for an upcoming road race. Matt went above and beyond helping us find a derailleur hanger for an older Trek whose parts are no longer made by Trek. He also made Di2 adjustments and synced the Shimano Connect App for a friend. Thanks again, JRA, for once again making it another lucky day!
very honest to deal with. I just called him about an E bike we had. We just bought a brand new E bike. And what did we do? We Used our electric air pump and filled the back tire of course. 💥 Boom 💥 We blew out the back tire. We called JRA bicycle company in Cape Coral and he was so kind and helpful. He doesn’t work on E bikes but if I ever had a bike, I would definitely go to this man you can tell he’s honest and knows what he’s doing
