Matt was great. I brought my bike in for a tune-up and advice, and I was really impressed. Matt took the time to explain what actually needed attention, showed me what was worn, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Pricing was fair and straightforward, and the work was done right. He’s a young owner, but clearly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. It’s refreshing to find a shop you can trust. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Great shop! Though I purchased a used bike, they went above and beyond to take care of my concerns and even waited beyond their closing time for me to get there to pick up bike. Service or upgrade time, this is my go to bike shop.
I've had 3 bikes to JRA over the last 2 days and Matt was wonderful trying to get them set for an upcoming road race. Matt went above and beyond helping us find a derailleur hanger for an older Trek whose parts are no longer made by Trek. He also made Di2 adjustments and synced the Shimano Connect App for a friend. Thanks again, JRA, for once again making it another lucky day!
