Sent a diesel truck to be repaired here last summer. The truck broke down several times and we had to have it towed back and forth to their shop. There was little regard or consideration for any timeline or completion dates. For months the truck would be ready "next week". Whenever they managed to deliver the truck it would end up right back in their shop.
