Francisco and Jorge are AMAZING!!! This is the second time we have hired them because they are the best! We had a pipe break, and our hardwood floors were damaged as a result three weeks after moving into our new home. Franciso and Jorge worked a miracle, and you can never tell anything happened. They were careful, respectful and did exactly what they said. They were punctual, and their communication was on point. I highly recommend!!!
Jorge and Francisco installed and refinished floors in our house in River Plaza and we couldn't be more pleased with the results, his expertise, timeliness, cost, and overall experience. They were able to fit us into their schedule right away, and finish our floors in a week. Doesn’t return call. Set up a time for estimate and didn’t show. Sent him a text. He apologized and set up another time which he missed a second time. Stay away from JR. not reliable.will leave you hanging.

I am so happy with my floors and the service I received from Hardwood Floors by J.R. Jorge and his son Francisco answered all my questions and scheduled a date to polish my floors within a day or two of the estimate.
