Hardwood Floors by J.R did a fantastic job. They are extremely professional and a well run family owned business. I got a few other quotes and everyone else told me my floors could not be sanded down due to how thin they were and tried to sell me brand new floors. Francisco assured me they absolutely could do it any I am very thankful for his honesty. Both Francisco and Jorge take great pride in their work and my floors look brand new. 10/10 would recommend!
Francisco and his team did great work sanding and staining our old hardwood floors and making them look new. They also installed a new floor in our living room which we are very happy with. I would highly recommend using them.
Patched a 10x20 kitchen area to match remainder of house. Sanded and stained a 4,000 sq house. VERY VERY HAPPPY. 6 years later floor still looks great. Wonderful to work with. recommend very much. Still happy it is now 2026.

Wow! We are so happy with how our floors turned out. The right side was the original hardwood from the 60s which they refinished and the left side was newly installed and they matched them perfectly. Highly recommend!
