Thief! We paid for our windows up front and then were to pay the balance upon installation. Juan delivered part of the windows we paid for - one was broken and several were missing. He said he'd bring the rest and schedule a time for installation. But we never heard from him again despite many, many phone calls, texts and e-mails. We checked with the window vendor he ordered the windows from, and he did pick up the missing windows, and chose to keep them rather than do the honest thing and give us the windows we had paid for... read more
