WARNING!!!!!! SCAM! Buyer Beware!!!!! SCAM! These guys are straight up crooks! Scammers. I purchased a brand new 5 piece sectional from them and had it delivered to my home. It came in boxes the delivery drivers opened in my front yard then brought the couch into my home. The location in Lynnwood is terrible. Me and my boyfriend got a couch for our place, even tho that no one talked to us and the guy who sold us just kept trying to sell more things, like extending the warranty… we paid for the delivery guy, who barely tried to go up with the couch, minimum effort, so we try to have our money back which after all they don't let you know that they won't return our money, just a credit for the location, so after calling a lot they delivery the couch with other two different guys which worked tha... read more
We shopped around a little before settling on a piece from JR Furniture. A few months later, we went in to make the purchase. Carlos Martinez assisted us on both occasions with his knowledge and professionalism. We actually received our order much sooner than expected. The truck delivery people were efficient and took proper care of the couch. The piece is just as nice at home as it was in the store.
