We have had a very good experience buying multiple pieces of furniture at JR with Jass. We felt we got a reasonable deal, found the exact pieces we wanted. When we had one piece mistakenly on back order the manager found a very reasonable work around to accommodate us. Delivery was also great.
Please stay away from this store all they want is your money. They don’t care about the customer and be aware of the return policy, after you buy something it is final. They don’t tell you that all sale are final when you buy. I buy a sofa and a loveseat after delivery I find out that it was too big for my living room, I call them to exchange and they refused to take it back for exchange. It is said that: "if you live long enough, you will get to see everything." I was today years old when my faith in discount furniture retailers skyrocketed. Five months ago I bought several pieces of furniture from JR Furniture in Lynnwood. When the furniture was delivered, the assembly went wrong because some of the pieces were missing, and others did not fit.
