Couldn't even shop with my husband because the sales associate kept following us, definitely would have purchased furniture if we could have shopped peacefully. I understand thats the job but u gotta know when a customer is not interested! We ended up leaving and making a purchase at mor furniture and had a wonderful shopping experience. Won't go back to jr

unbelievable poor service! paid cash for a mattress, was told by salesman , it will never canoe, sure enough but did , now my wife is as keeping in a big dip in our mattress, so wrong , I spent good money at jr furniture totally dissatisfied.. called jr furniture complain, and they made it a big hassle, couldn't get new mattress, so wrong.

We bought a sofa from them a couple of years ago. When we used their extended warranty it took them for ever to get someone to come out. Eventually was told younhave store credit to get new sofa. Once in there were not left alone all we wanted to do was look first. They kept trying to push something that was more ten we wanted eventually we said enough let us look. The Salesman was great. He took his time to show and explain all my options to me. It was the best customer service I've had there.
