We bought a sofa from them a couple of years ago. When we used their extended warranty it took them for ever to get someone to come out. Eventually was told younhave store credit to get new sofa. Once in there were not left alone all we wanted to do was look first. They kept trying to push something that was more ten we wanted eventually we said enough let us look. The Salesman was great. He took his time to show and explain all my options to me. It was the best customer service I've had there.
We came into JR Furniture right before closing, and Greg was absolutely amazing! Even though it was the end of the day, he took his time to walk us through each piece and set, explaining everything with patience and care. He was never pushy or rushed—just genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t end up making a purchase that day, but Greg’s outstanding customer service definitely left a lasting impression.
