The whole wait time is ridiculous. They lack knowledge of when things will arrive. I ordered a TV entertainment center, paid in full, and was told 2–3 weeks. I ordered this back on February 27; today is April 25, and I still have no idea when it will arrive and cancelation is over half the f'n amount, absurd!!
While I have a lot of positive things to say about the sales staff, I’m really disappointed in this store’s customer service/return policy. We found out today that my husband is going to lose his job (unexpected) and I went in to the store to explain the situation and ask to cancel our order.
