Great customer service! Bought a clearanced Dyno Pro Compe from J&R. The box my bike came in got roughed up during shipping and some small hardware fell out of the bottom. Contacted J&R with a list of what pieces were missing and within an hour I got an email that a shipment was on it's way, no charge or hassle. Received the missing hardware two days later and was able to finish the assembly and enjoy the new bike! Now that's how you take care of your customers!
