I never pass up a dinner invitation to this establishment! If you bring your own food they are happy to let you join the kitchen staff and create whatever comes to mind, which never disappoints. The affable owner looks on as everyone cooks, and you are welcome to sit with him and converse about a myriad of topics, interspersed, perhaps, with remarks at which you may catch yourself laughing against your better judgement. Do come prepared to help with the dishes; there is no dishwasher.

Second best pot luck venue in Missoula (the field is fiercely competitive). Exemplary art. Particularly fond of the dancing figures with gauze. Trout, tough as concrete. Love the new photography. Haven’t had the pancakes in ages, but people rave about them. The meatballs were spicy this year. Would attend again. #TropicalFormal

Service was slow, but the pancakes were excellent. The guacamole came out before the chips, which was weird, but not as weird as the very fat dog that was trying to eat cat food ... All in all I recommend this place as an above average dining establishment.
